  • Sunrise yoga class

    Tuesday Sunrise class 6am

    An invigorating and faster paced class to start the day with a clear, focussed mind and energised body.

    All levels of student welcome.

  • Gentle Yoga classes

    Tuesday Morning Gentle Yoga 10am

    This class is less strenuous than others, yet still supports students to build strength and flexibility.

    Equipment, such as chairs, blocks and bolsters, are used to promote improved alignment. Calming breath work is emphasised throughout, and class concludes with a nurturing meditation and deep relaxation.

    All ability levels and ages are welcome in this safe, effective and slower paced class.

    The perfect class for the older student or those that have been ill or injured and are just getting back into exercise.

  • Tuesday Evening yoga classes

    Tuesday Night Hatha Open 6.00pm

    This class is the perfect blend of dynamic strength building and relaxation.

    In each class we build towards a peak pose, warming up the body in preparation and always end with cooling, calming and restoring poses to bring the body back to balance.

    The sequencing is well considered and appropriate for all levels of experience.

  • Thursday night yoga class

    Thursday Night Hatha Open 6pm

    This class is the perfect blend of dynamic strength building and relaxation.

    In each class we build towards a peak pose, warming up the body in preparation and always end with cooling, calming and restoring poses to bring the body back to balance.

  • Friday Morning Yoga Classes

    Friday Morning Hatha Open 10am

    This class is the perfect blend of dynamic strength building and relaxation.

    Saturday 8am Open Hatha

    This is a great class to begin your weekend with! This class is the perfect blend of dynamic strength building and relaxation.

FAQs

Where are the classes at the hotel?

Enter the main driveway of the Avoca Beach Hotel from Avoca Drive veer left and the classes are in the first hut to right hand side. Look out for the yoga signage.

What do I need to bring to class?

Yoga equipment will be provided but if you have your own yoga mat please bring it. Wear something comfortable that you can freely move in and shoes that can be easily removed.

What if I can’t make a class - can I do a makeup?

When you buy an 8 week pass and enrol in a class I encourage you to stay with that class as best as your timetable allows. If that is not always possible you are able to attend another class as a makeup. My priority is that you attend one class per week as a minimum and keep your practice regular. Make ups can only be done in the same term as is booked.

How do I book and pay for classes?

Follow the links above to book and pay online. If you prefer not to do this please text Cassandra on 0413 303 484 and she can book you in for class and you can pay by eftpos or cash at your first class. Space is limited and booking is strongly recommended.
