    Hatha Open

    Build strength, increase flexibility and find your flow in this uplifting Hatha yoga class. Perfect for all levels - we move mindfully, breathe deeply and leave feeling energised yet calm.

    Yin Yoga

    Sink into stillness and soften into your body with this nourishing yin yoga class. Through long-held, gentle poses, we target the deeper connective tissues, inviting release, flexibility, and a sense of calm. This is a slow, meditative practice designed to help you unwind, restore balance, and reconnect—perfect for all levels.

    Slow Hatha

    A slower paced class in which we use of chairs and other yoga props to support us to find supportive biomechanical alignment. Great for the older student or those new to yoga or returning to yoga after a long break. All welcome.

    Foundations

    Our Foundations Yoga class is the perfect place to begin—or begin again.
    Move slowly and steadily as we break down the basics of yoga: key postures, safe alignment, breath awareness, and simple transitions. Each week builds confidence, strength, and ease in the body.
    Ideal for beginners or anyone wanting to refine the fundamentals and feel more at home on their mat.

    Restorative Yoga

    Unwind deeply in this nurturing Restorative Yoga class using supportive props to gently hold the body in place. Bolsters, blankets, and blocks allow you to fully relax into each posture, encouraging the nervous system to soften and reset. With slow, mindful guidance and extended holds, this practice promotes deep rest, release, and restoration — leaving you feeling calm, supported, and replenished.

    Sound Healing

    Sink into deep rest and inner stillness in this immersive Sound Healing Meditation. Guided into a relaxed, meditative state, you’ll be bathed in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and chimes. The sound waves work to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore energetic balance. No experience is needed — simply lie down, receive, and allow yourself to be carried into a space of profound relaxation and renewal.

The studio is located within the grounds of the Avoca Beach Hotel.
